Research On The Characteristics And Writing Of Tax News

The market economy system in China is becoming consummate,and the tax legal system is gradually improving.The importance of tax news reporting,which is the main channel of tax law and tax administration,is becoming increasingly prominent.However,there are still some problems in the research of tax news and its writing,such as unclear definition of its connotation,unclear classification of its functions,unclear analysis of its characteristics and inadequate research on its writing.On the basis of previous research results,taking functional stylistics and Journalism and communication as theoretical foundations,taking literature retrieval,qualitative analysis,empirical research,and case study as research methods,according to the investigation and analysis of tax news corpus,this thesis attempts to define tax news as a style of publishing tax information to all sectors of society and the masses of taxpayers.According to its functions,it can be divided into three categories: tax popularization which helps social development,taxation guidelines which promotes the harmony of collection and payment,taxation dynamics which promotes tax work.According to the content of tax news and the style of news,this thesis puts forward three characteristics of tax news: official authority,the professionalism of taxation and the multiplicity of content interpretation.According to the necessity of tax news writing and its current shortcomings,this thesis puts forward effective solutions from macro-management and micro-operation levels.At the same time,according to the shortcomings of the current tax news writing,this paper puts forward some effective solutions from two aspects of macro-management and micro-operation,such as perfecting the management mechanism of tax news writing,mastering the general skills of news writing,and so on.
