The Olympic News Writing In The New Period

China was back to the Olympic stage in1984, it has passed nearly30years since then. During this period, is there anything changed about the Olympic news writing shape? Why this changes had happened? The Chinese and foreign professors have done many good researches scholars about the practical and historical dimensions of the Sports News, but they did not give an appropriate answer about this two questions. This paper summarized the research results of Chinese and foreign professors in order to find a way to get in the research, what’s more, it got all the news about the Olympic Games in1984,1996and2008from a newspaper called" China Youth Daily. They are our samples and we decide to describe and analyze the changes happened based on the narrative theory. Of course we should use some research methods, such as quantitative statistics, content analysis to and so on.In30years, the Olympic news writing changed from a single perspective to a composite perspective.And the Olympic reporters’ position in the Olympic news has changed.What’s more,the narrative mode of the Olympic news and the image of Olympic champions aredifferent from the past. These phenomena are complex.They are difficult to summarize and analyze.But if we connect them with the background of social change, but if we can see the fact that the mass media and the society are affecting each other in the last three decades,we can easily solve the problems. In fact, the changes in the Olympic news narrative perspective,the narrative mode and the Olympic reporters can be concluded in "one thing":it means the upgrade of the authenticity and objectivity in reporting the Olympic news, the Olympic news writing narrative has been changed from one voice to diverse interpretation, it also means that the Olympic reporters recognize their own identity more mature.
