Research On Behavior Of Family Archive Construction Based On Grounded Theory

Family archive is the witness of family history and an important carrier of family culture.It has witnessed the changes of the times,is an important supplement to social memory.It has important historical value,cultural value,emotional value and social value.Family archive construction can promote family traditions and family education,enrich life,supplement national archive resources,and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.But for now,family archive construction has not been promoted and popularized.It is still a relatively "minority" work.The researchers' s perspective on family archive is relatively single.The proposed strategies do not meet the needs of families and they are not conducive to the promotion of family archive construction,and also affect the value of family archive.This paper took a unique approach,starting from the perspective of the families behavior,conducting in-depth interviews with the families,using grounded theory to analyze the original interview records,and studying the family archive construction behavior.On this basis,concrete and practical strategies are proposed from the levels of family,related departments and society.The research mainly contained the following contents.First of all,this paper combed the related concepts and theoretical basis.It defined family archive,family archive construction,private archive,personal archive,celebrity archive and other related concepts.It also interpreted social memory theory,the theory of archival value,planned behavior theory,habitus,capital and field theory.Then selective coding,axial coding,open coding were carried out for the original data that collected by in-depth interviews with families to analyze the motivation and actual behavior of family archive construction.This paper found the types and influencing factors of family archive construction motivation.It revealed that the generation and different categories of motivation were influenced by habitus and internal and external factors.Internal factors and external situational factors will directly affected motivation,and will also affected motivation by affecting habitus.The research also found that the core categories of the actual behavior of family archive construction were archive collection,archive identification,archive arrangement,archive preservation,archive utilization,internal factors,external situation factors,obstacles and problems.Based on grounded theory,this paper constructed the actual behavior model of family archive construction,analyzed the two existing archive construction models,and revealed the influence mechanism of the intervention of other family archive construction participants on family archive construction behavior.Based on the grounded analysis of the family archive construction behavior model and the problems highlighted in the research,this paper put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,to provide guidance for the family archive construction,the function of archives and other relevant departments and the construction of social atmosphere.This paper suggested that families carry out family collaboration,customize special archive construction solutions,pay attention to the collection,identification and use of archive,and strengthen the management of electronic archive.It was suggested that the related departments should deeply analyze the value of family archive,innovate publicity methods,improve the matching degree of business guidance and demand,perfect supporting measures,establish an incentive mechanism,and use school education to popularize family archive construction and create a good social and cultural environment.
