Research On Progress Management Of IT Security Projects

With the rapid development of society,project management has become more and more complicated,and the requirements for time schedule have become higher and higher.Against this background,schedule management techniques such as plan review techniques and critical path methods are becoming more and more well known to the industry.And this method can indeed ensure that various types of projects can be completed in an orderly manner.In the process of this thesis,the actual progress of IT security engineering construction projects is taken as the main research object.The first two chapters mainly introduce the research background and specific research significance of this topic.The third chapter mainly takes Company D's IT security construction project as the main research object,and briefly introduces the actual situation of the team and related domestic enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the progress management of these projects in detail.The final analysis results show that the division of powers between the various departments is not clear,the progress management awareness needs to be improved,the work content is not detailed enough,the activity time is not accurately calculated,the project resource allocation is not considered well,and the project progress management is inadequate.By analyzing the problems in the existing projects,in the fourth chapter,from the perspective of establishing an optimized and practical IT security project schedule management system,it provides theoretical guidance and reference for the subsequent IT security projects' progress control.Including project schedule management,establishment of a chapter system,platform management,and some optimization and adjustment of the project-related progress management.Based on the original basis,reasonable division of member responsibilities.Avoid shirk responsibility between departments.Use the method of combining plan review technology and key chain project management to reasonably compile the schedule of the entire project,and on the basis of the corresponding system,establish a relatively complete communication and feedback mechanism,which can timely ensure that the specific situation of project progress control is fully guaranteed.With a series of scientific and effective humanized management,regular team training is held,which can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of members.Based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,this article has formed a more comprehensive schedule management system through specific improvements and optimization based on the current team research.For how to improve the work and management capabilities of some non-professionals,It has obvious reference significance.
