Research On Agile Strategy In ERP Project Development

Today's society has entered a digital era,more and more enterprises begin to use ERP system to manage business such as purchase,sale and inventory.However,with the business of ERP system becoming more and more complex,it is more and more difficult to develop with the traditional mode,which has been unable to respond to the market demand quickly.At this time,the advantages of agile development mode appear.Agile development mode adopts small version iteration,which can quickly develop products suitable for the market.This paper introduces the related theories of project,project management and ERP,mainly studies the problems encountered in the development process of the existing development mode in the ERP project,introduces the agile mode development,and selects the scrum and XP extreme programming methods which are widely used in the development of the ERP project.The two agile methods follow four agile manifestos and twelve agile principles and from the time management,scope management,cost management,team vitality management,communication management,quality management and risk management and other fields,the solutions to the problems encountered in the current ERP development are given.This paper gives the detailed solutions and implementation steps to solve the existing ERP project problems,and elaborates how to develop agile work,project release,deployment,etc.,which has reference significance for enterprises in the future development of ERP projects.
