Analysis Based Extreme Programming Model For Project Development

In view of problems encountered by our current project team in the process of software development, we need to solve the issues regarding how to control risks in software development, how to achieve a better efficiency in software development, and how to successfully implement software projects in the uncertain environment.Traditional software development methods such as Japan's development outsourcing under Office document based control, Rapid prototyping model, the first popular RUP (The Unified Process) model and the XP (Extreme Programming) model. provide solutions to efficient completion of projects in the engineering point of view.We improve the core of practice about the XP model and create the practice: Regression judgment. Through an actual case for development of an Internet Information System, we explore and analyze the XP development model, then have relevant practices in terms of Pair Programming in our group, test-driven, Regression judgment, and on-site customer and solve efficiency problems in the process of software development. By proving through three efficiency Assessment way, the model's development of Development costs is low and the model's development of quality is high.
