Abstract/Summary:
In China,the rapid development of the national economic environment and trend has promoted the rapid progress of the insurance industry,which is good for the insurance market.But with insurance enterprise's scale expands unceasingly,the turnover is increased,the service of information is more and more,this makes the insurance company internal staff of the burden is getting heavier and heavier,management difficulty also bigger and bigger,and the vast majority of insurance companies "heavy light efficiency management",ignore the cultivation of personal ability as well as advanced management solutions.However,in the process of sustainable development of an enterprise,the growth and personal ability of employees are closely related to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the development of self-service management system is imperative for this employee to grow.Based on the employee growth self-service management needs of Ping An Insurance Company,this paper adopts Java language,S2SH framework,view model development mode and large database storage tools to develop the core business module of Ping an employee growth self-service management business.Firstly,according to the requirements of software demand analysis,it discusses the role and functional relationship of the operator of the self-service business,the core business functions of the self-service system,and the performance and economic analysis process of the self-service system.Secondly,based on the business analysis is a self-service system summary and detailed design,discusses the salary compensation,training,performance evaluation,talent map,integrated into the phase of the plan and the core of the system module and interface relations,the view of the module's implementation of hierarchical structure,the core business flow design,and also discusses the self-service system of data table,attribute,illustrate the design entity attributes relations.Thirdly,on the basis of demand analysis and design,this paper discusses the implementation process,display diagram and core function coding of talent map,integration plan and other modules.Finally,according to the existing testing principles,all the core modules of the self-service system were tested in depth by testing tools,through the analysis of the test results,we know that all the modules and business processes of the staff growth management system of ping an insurance company are correct.It can meet the needs of staff growth management of ping an insurance company and provide an advanced management system for ping an insurance company.At the same time,the system implementation can also achieve the goal of improving enterprise management level.
