Shengli Oilfield Staff Training Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of enterprises, informationization plays an increasinglyimportant role in training. For ShengLi Oil field, the main workload is still completedby hands, despite some electronic elements are introduced in training examinations. Thecurrent mode of examination increases the workload of teachers and the trainingadministration, and the low working efficiency and low work quality seriously restrictthe improvement of training quality. Therefore, a set of test system fitting for employeetraining of the ShengLi Oil field has become an urgent need for enterprise development.The aim of this study is to build a set of examination grading information systemwith the main functions of marking and score statistics on the basis of B/S modeaccording to the requirements of ShengLi Oil field. In this thesis, the system design,structure, function, and key techniques are discussed purposely.In this thesis, the system is designed for the training examination in the ShengLiOil field. In the design, object-oriented development method is adopted which can berapidly developed and easily maintained. Combined with software engineering theoryand the actual workflow in training of the ShengLi Oilfield, the thesis has made detailedrequirement analysis, design and implementation for the problem to be solved. Thesystem works out the functions of examination marking and score statistics etc. TheVisual Studio2008is adopted during design and the database management system isOracle9i.This system eliminates defects of traditional testing methods and becomes atechnologically advanced examination system which can be easily maintained. It hasbeen used in the examinations for middle-1evel management personnel and professionaland technical personnel. The practices proved that it can significantly improve theefficiency of the examination, the work quality and enhance the administration andsupervision of the trainings. It provides scientific criteria for the decision making fromadministration and the improvement of training focus from the teachers, which achievesthe expected design goal.
