The Research And Development Of Insurance Agent Management System Based On Big Data Technology

The research of insurance agent management system based on big data and the planning of relevant systems are to realize the standardized,intelligent and personality management of agents through the application of big data and software system,so as to improve the management efficiency and level of agents of insurance companies and promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of insurance business.The work accomplished in this paper has three aspects.Firstly,the author summarized the development status of the industry,analyzed bottlenecks and opportunities and related needs of business scenario.Secondly,based on the above business requirements,it planned to design the system,especially the functions of three modules of the sales management system are planned,namely,such as sales recommendation module,performance management module and risk prevention module.Thirdly,the design of the sales management system for the development and functional realization.Based on agent behavior data,the sales management system adds labels to agents through classification algorithm to realize group management.The previous configuration system of terminal business management module adjusts tracking actions of agents as well as the push and interaction of information.In terms of system functions,Python is mainly used to set up the background system,and MYSQL is used to set up the database,and Dreamweaver is used to develop the page of the management system on the PC side,and Https is used to access to the background system.The App side is established by Java,and the mobile side is developed by WeChat small program WXML in the initial stage.In terms of management efficiency,the system can mobilize and integrate information and communication resources,in resolving agent group position is not fixed,the time is not uniform and professional skill differences caused by objective reasons such as enterprise management difficult,in raising the efficiency of management at the same time further enhance the business capacity,with a focus more reality and feasibility of the ground.Therefore,in the increasingly complex insurance market competition environment,the insurance agent sales system based on big data technology has research value,plays a positive role in promoting the development of insurance intermediary business,and can achieve the expected goal.
