The author design the system strictly according to the modeling language-UML, we use the illustration and activity diagram to express the user's main needs on the demand analysis of the system, use the systemic sequence diagram and deploy diagram to express the system structure on the architecture design, use the relation diagram to express the static structure of the system on the detail design, use the phase diagram to express the dynamic structure. The system uses the Visual Studio 2008 development environment integrating the SqlServer2008 data base on the realization part.In the implementation process, through the division of job responsibilities by the author, each system user can operate the menu for the precise control of data access by different users to achieve the same menu to see the data is different, this can ensure the security of data systems on the maximum extent.Sales personnel management system plays an important role in the management of sales staff, as the core system of Sales personnel management, managing sales staff to enter and leave the company, basic information. To adjust the ownership of the team, remuneration accounting, etc. To develop an efficient Sales personnel management system, it not only can provide effective data to support the development of the company, but also can improve the quality and efficiency of Sales personnel management. Main task of this paper is based on the needs of sales person management, to design and develop to personnel management and remuneration accounting system to meet the needs, which features include team management, personnel management, compensation management, and system configuration forum.Through the development and use of this system, it effectively resolved the plight of the lack of standards of Sales personnel management and manual accounting salaries in property insurance companies currently, avoiding errors, saving time and improving work efficiency.
