In the sales activities of enterprises,employees are often sent to contact and visit customers on site.Therefore,field business occupies a large part in the daily business of enterprises,and it is particularly important to manage the behavior of field personnel.Due to the lack of management means and lack of experience,it is difficult for the enterprise to grasp the specific whereabouts of field personnel,which seriously lacks the behavior restraint ability of field personnel and affects the operation efficiency of the enterprise.At the same time,the staff members lack the means of timely communication in the field,which is contrary to the concept of modern enterprise management.Therefore,it is necessary to develop sales field management system based on mobile application mode.Based on JavaEE platform and Mybatis+Spring MVC framework,the Web terminal of the system was developed.Common enterprise application standards are embodied in the JavaEE platform.The deployment system is optimized and system maintenance is simplified through components such as DAO and presentation layer.Mybatis framework is applied to the level of data processing to realize data persistence effect by means of SQL parsing and type conversion.The Spring MVC framework includes HandlerMapping and ViewResolver components to complete tasks such as response request and view transformation,and ensure the hierarchy of the system by integrating the business modules of the system.The mobile terminal of the system is developed based on the Android platform,and the components of the platform are applied to improve interactivity.The SQLite component of the platform is applied to the data management level.The sales field integrated management system realizes enterprise credit management,job management,CRM(customer relationship management,Cutomer relationship management)management,application management,personal management modules;The enterprise credit management module realizes the functions of chat initiation,enterprise credit picture grouping,dialogue file management,enterprise credit conversion,etc.The work management module realizes sharing management,log management,schedule and task management,work query,work approval and other functions.CRM management module to achieve CRM content view,customer management,opportunity management functions;Application management module to achieve micro marketing management,field check-in management,nearby customers,network disk management,rule setting and other functions;The personal management module realizes the functions of address book export,topic selection,archive management and data report management.After the application of this system,it provides advanced means for the management staff of the enterprise to effectively regulate the staffs field behavior by formulating management rules,which is helpful for the enterprise management to timely grasp the working track and working situation of the field staff,stimulate the staffs sense of responsibility and improve their work enthusiasm.The application of the system realizes the interaction and communication between personnel in the field,reduces the unnecessary loss caused by information asymmetry,and enables the enterprise to meet the specific requirements of modern management concept.
