With the rapid development of electronic information,the measurement of the parameters of the pulse signal becomes more and more important.The measurement of pulse signal parameters in various disciplines is also increasing.At the same time,there is a higher requirement for the measurement accuracy.The pulse signal contains many important information.By measuring the parameters of the pulse signal,useful information in the pulse signal can be effectively restored.The pulse signal parameter measurement mainly measures the time domain parameters such as pulse amplitude,pulse frequency,pulse rise time and pulse width and other parameters.At the same time,further algorithm calculations are performed to obtain detailed information of pulse parameters.Pulse parameter measuring instrument's intelligence,portability,high performance and networking are the key research directions of pulse parameter measurement system.The traditional pulse parameter measuring instrument is bulky,inconvenient to move,and unable to communicate with other devices,thus unable to carry out real-time transmission of pulse measurement parameters,remote control,to a large extent limit the scope of use of the device.With the extensive application of embedded systems,embedded-based pulse parameter measurement systems have the advantages of low development cost,small size,low power consumption,and flexible development,and are convenient for networking and communication with other devices.Improve the use of pulse parameter measuring instrument and intelligent degree of use,and can better adapt to the general trend of the development of modern Internet of things,intelligent instrumentation will be an important research direction in the future of instrument research.In this paper,an FPGA-based pulse parameter measurement system is designed.Using high-speed FPGA,data acquisition and data processing are performed on high-frequency signals.At the same time,STM32 microcontroller is used as the control module of the entire pulse parameter measurement system to complete human-machine interaction and measurement.Remote transmission of data.The high-speed A/D data sampling process and digital phase-shifting technology are analyzed.The digital phase-shifting technology and pulse parameter measurement are combined to effectively improve the system's measurement number.And by adding a wireless data transmission module,measurement data can be transmitted to the remote terminal and the remote terminal to control the system,and the pulse parameter measurement system is interconnected with other devices.Finally,through the system hardware design,software design and simulation,the high-frequency pulse parameters are measured.Because of the fast processing speed of the FPGA,and the ability to directly implement comparators and arithmetic modules internally,the design of the system is further simplified,and the design flexibility is also higher.
