In modern EW(Electronic Warfare), the using of radar and ARM makes the electromagnetic signal environment more and more complex and dangerous. There is much valuable information in the electromagnetic signal, it will be of great help for the victory of campaign if the information is obtained.The Radar radiation is high density, all frequency and it's frequency is changeable, we can get the TOA, PW and PA by measuring the parameters of Radar pulse. By these parameters, we can know where the radiation be, then we can launch ARM to perish enemy or protect own.Measuring the parameters of pulse with high speed and precision is the base of electronic reconnaissance. Therefore, measuring the parameters of radar pulse is very beneficial.In this paper, we frist discuss the radar signal pulse and it's parameters, then we introduce the principle and method of the measure. At last we introduce how to get the PA, PW and TOA based on Xilinx Spartan-II FPGAs. We also analyze the error of the ^measure and provide the simulation of pulse. This method is based on FPGAs, the system is simple, high speed and precision.
