At present,China's picture book market has a bright future.With the improvement of the national living standard,the national consumption level and consumption demand are also increasing.The young generation of Higher Vocational parents pay more and more attention to the early education and training of children,emphasizing that everything starts from dolls,English Enlightenment and parent-child reading are becoming the entry-level needs of Chinese family education,and are gradually growing into a mainstream Education mode.The problem of children's education is becoming more and more detailed and scientific.The picture book library,which integrates this function,is favored and concerned by young parents,educators and picture book promoters.But in reality,the development of many picture book libraries is not satisfactory.There are many problems in the industry,such as single model,weak growth and difficult operation.A children's picture book library is located in the third tier city.The development space and demand space of picture book library are available,but the development speed is slightly slow.With the development of new media platform,the traditional marketing method has been somewhat lagging behind,and the effect is gradually not obvious.The rise and rapid spread of new media provide a new platform and countless opportunities for marketing work.This paper takes a children's picture book library as a case study to study how to use the new media marketing strategy to carry out business activities in the new market environment.Based on the theory of 4P and 4V,it scientifically analyzes the current marketing environment of a children's picture book library,analyzes the existing marketing problems of a children's picture book library in the current business environment,and further through comprehensive analysis and decision-making,The Kwai A library has developed a series of marketing strategies for We Chat children,which use the We Chat,jitter,tiktok and other popular media platforms to plan and run the business,and optimize their business practices,so as to improve customer satisfaction,continuously increase business performance and enhance the core competitiveness of the market.In addition,I hope my research can provide theoretical and practical reference for the operation of other children's picture books in the new media environment.
