The report of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that building a strong country of education is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must give high priority to education,speed up the modernization of education,and run a satisfactory education for the people.Education is a comprehensive and long-termed development process.Children's education must be valued.With the deepening of education reform,we must reduce the academic burden,improve the quality of education,and pay attention to moral education and aesthetic education.According to the laws of education,improving the quality of education should combine the growth and learning characteristics of children,and pay attention to education of reading.The importance of picture book reading as a way for children to develop their interest in reading and improve their reading abilities is recognized by the education community.With the gradual standardization of development environment and continuous widening of development space,children's picture book market is welcoming the opportunity of a burgeoning development.Relying on the children's reading education market in Fuzhou,the Fuzhou S Picture Book Library has a large target customer group and a clear market prospect.This paper begins with the development status of the S Picture Book Library in Fuzhou.Then the marketing strategy currently adopted by the S Picture Book Library in Fuzhou is introduced from four angles of 4Ps marketing theory,including product strategy,price strategy,place strategy,and promotion strategy.SWOT analysis is used as a theoretical tool to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,development opportunities,and threats faced by these marketing strategies.Based on this,the SO strategy is selected to optimize the marketing strategy of the S Picture Book Library in Fuzhou,giving full play to its existing advantages and seizing market opportunity.On the basis of 7Ps market theory,the development of product line is further deepened,member management system is introduced,and flexible pricing method is adopted.Promotion considers both children and parents,and the WeChat platform is comprehensively employed to actively carry out promotional activities.Professional training of employees is strengthened.Great attention is paid to the subjective needs of customers.A scientific service process is designed.A high-quality service is implemented in place.The construction of corporate culture is reinforced.As a result,the intangible services is transformed into intuitive experiences.The brand influence in the surrounding communities is fully analyzed.By providing irreplaceable curriculum services and high quality services,the picture book library wins a greater market share.By providing irreplaceable curriculum services and high quality services,the picture book library wins a greater market share due to its convenient and superior service.
