Research On Outsourcing Of Archives Information System In Private Enterprises In China

An enterprise is a social economic organization that provides products or services to the society through the rational use of various factors of production with the main purpose of profit.In essence,enterprises are tools for optimal allocation of social resources.Therefore,the fundamental purpose of business management is to maximize profits and minimize costs.Compared with state-owned enterprises and institutions,private enterprises have weak economic support and low levels of policy subsidies.Cost-saving has become a benign operation for private enterprises.Inevitable considerations.However,file information management runs through enterprise operations,around all aspects of the company's production activities,to achieve efficient and coordinated operation of the company,focusing on shaping and optimizing the company's core competitiveness,coupled with the development of corporate document outsourcing in recent years.With the good momentum of the social background,more and more enterprises have begun to use external forces to manage enterprise file information at a reasonable cost to purchase outsourcing services.At this stage,file outsourcing services have evolved from a single classification and identification to more diverse services,integrating managed research and statistics and system development.This paper examines 53 private enterprises from the outsourcing status of the development of archive information management system.The current situation of the construction of archive information system,through the data analysis of private enterprise archives information system,choose the selection factors of outsourcing,procurement and independent research and development,which is different from the previous research on archive intermediary and archives,only private enterprises.The development of archive information management system was studied,and the problems existing in the outsourcing service of archives information management system of private enterprises were studied,and practical solutions were proposed.The aim is to avoid many of the risks of outsourcing services in private enterprise file information systems and to improve the files.The purpose of information system outsourcing is the operability and practicability of private enterprise file management.
