Research On The Program "Legal Report" Under The Framework Theory

A present,China is in the seventh year of publicity and education on the rule of law.Its main goals are to further improve the publicity and education mechanism on the rule of law,further enhance the practicability of publicity and education on the rule of law,further deepen law-based governance,enhance the people's awareness of the rule of law,and enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of the whole society in enforcing the rule of law.As a mass media,legal TV program undertakes the responsibility of carrying forward the spirit of the rule of law to the public,and has become one of the important channels to strengthen the citizens' concept of the rule of law and improve the efficiency of the dissemination of legal knowledge.As an iconic program and an excellent example of domestic legal programs,"Legal Report" has reached a high level of value and social significance for the whole industry.This paper will be "Legal Report" as the research object,select the "Legal Report" program in the 744 edition as research unit,equidistant sampling method is used to extract 30 program,using text analysis and content analysis,based on the theory framework,on high,"Legal Report" show,the construction of low-level analysis structure are studied in-depth discussion.The analysis of the high-level structure of the program includes four categories of program topic,theme,title and guide,the analysis of the hierarchical structure of the program includes two categories of program tone and text content,and the analysis of the low-level structure of the program includes three categories of program tone,key words and shots.In addition to summarizing the specific features of the high-level,mid-level and low-level framework of "Legal Report" of the program,this paper also summarizes the factors that influence the program framework,including the attributes of TV media itself,market factors and political orientation factors.At the end of the article,the author puts forward some Suggestions and Suggestions on the existing problems of the program,hoping that the program will continue to play an active role in the legal process of China in the future.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research object,research background and basis,research significance,research methods and innovation points.The second part is a summary of the research status,the third part is the analysis of the high,medium and low level structure of "Legal Report".The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of "Legal Report" in the subject structure,text construction and reporting tendency,as well as the controlling factors of the program framework.The fifth part is based on the frame theory of "Legal Report".
