Justice and media, are two basic elements in a modern democratic country. In the long term, both of them are constantly valued in modern societies, and maintain an inherent consistency while confronting each other. In this kind of complex interactions, the rich contents of judicial activities such as judicial adjudication and judicial investigation, and the dramatic judicial cases, together with the various events and problem derived by judicial practice in China, have always been an important source of media coverage. Affected by this, legal affairs report become more and more importantOn account of the developing of social network, complaint channel has been more and more diversified. In this context, after the high degree of cooperation completely opposition in history, the relationship between justice and media presents a series of new characteristics. Considering the changeable environment of law and policy, the increasing differentiation of social groups in China, the opposite interests of people from different classes, and the flourish social media which is generating a growing influence on the daily work of media journalists, the traditional methods of how to deal with legal affairs report have been challenged. How to balance the conflicting information from different sources? How to innovate the text writing? How to avoid the risks of legal affairs report? How to maximize the dissemination of results?
