In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,emerging media are emerging.The way of file information dissemination is no longer limited to the traditional way of file exhibition,consulting and other means of communication.There is a new way of communication based on micro communication,that is,file information is transmitted through the media represented by wechat,microblog and other social media.Using micro communication as the media of file information dissemination has not only gradually become an important way to publicize the file culture to the society,expand the social influence of the file work and enhance the awareness of the public file,but also makes the connection between the audience and the archives closer,providing the audience with a convenient way to understand,consult and use the file information.At the same time,the audience is one of the main examiners to realize the value of archives information.In recent years,archives departments and archival organizations at all levels have gradually established relevant media such as WeChat official account and official micro-blog to meet the needs of the audience and expand their influence.However,there still exist some problems such as low utilization rate of archives information and small audience.Therefore,how to enhance the utilization rate of archival information and expand the audience range will be the future efforts of archival institutions.The author believes that to do well in the micro communication of archives information,we should start from the perspective of the audience,and give the audience more perspectives and more clear positioning.Based on this,the study of this paper will take the audience perspective as the starting point to discuss the dissemination of archival information under the micro media.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is to put forward the research background,research status,research significance,related theories and innovation and shortcomings of this paper,to lay the relevant foundation for the audience research of this paper's file information micro communication.The second part introduces the connotation of the audience of micro communication of archives information.This paper discusses the concept and connotation of micro communication,micro communication of file information,audience,audience of file information andaudience of micro communication of file information,forming the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part is based on the results of the questionnaire to analyze the audience of the micro communication of archival information,including the composition,demand and motivation of the audience.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics and influence of the audience of the micro communication of archival information.The third part introduces the cultivation strategy of the micro communication audience of archival information.First of all,this paper analyzes the current stage of the archives information audience in China,and according to the current stage of the audience,puts forward some relevant strategies,such as cultivating the awareness of the public archives information,enhancing the service awareness of the communicators and attaching importance to the secondary dissemination of the archives information,so as to encourage the audience to share and redistribute the archives information.
