The popularization of mobile Internet and the rapid development of social media have promoted the rapid rise of self-media based on social media platforms.A large number of self-media have independently produced and disseminated content with the help of the media characteristics of social networks,which are decentralized and diversified in dissemination subjects.Huge amounts of information of good and bad quality and fragmented are flooded in cyberspace.Due to the lack of traditional "gatekeepers" with professional qualities,social media has become a hotbed of rumors.The huge amount of self-media content shows the post-truth characteristics of unknown source,fragmentation,emotional agitation,fragmentation of facts and diversity of values.With social media increasingly playing an important role in the social information dissemination system,the negative impact of these rumors and information prevailing in social media on society is increasing day by day and cannot be ignored.The information that "emotions are higher than facts and opinions are higher than the truth" carries fragmented facts and inflammatory emotional rendering,increasing people's cognitive uncertainty and lack of trust.Based on the prevalence of rumors in social media,internet rumor refutation shows the necessity and importance of existence.This paper takes WeChat,the social media with the largest user group in China,as the research object,and selects the "national trueness" and "rumor filter" accounts of WeChat public platform as examples,and selects 424 rumor clarified articles pushed from January 1,2019 to November 31,2019 as samples for research.First of all,this paper sorts out and integrates the relevant documents and materials on "post-truth" research at home and abroad,and summarizes the connotation,definition,characteristics,development and influence of the concept of "post-truth".On this basis,it integrates previous studies,summarizes and analyzes the content characteristics,transmission motivation and factors that affect the transmission effect of rumor information in the post-truth era.Secondly,according tothe quantity,date,content type,rumor topic source,text characteristics,title sentence pattern,language style,information source,creation method,reading amount,"watching" amount,comment amount and other elements of the rumor information,this paper establishes an index system,encodes and counts the sample articles,carries out descriptive statistical analysis,and then carries out bivariate analysis on the elements of the rumor information through cross table analysis,correlation analysis,chi-square test and other methods.Finally according to the above quantitative analysis results,the qualitative analysis of the rumor information content of the two account numbers is carried out,and it is concluded that the rumor content of WeChat account numbers presents a typical post-truth narrative style in title rhetoric,cover picture selection and text features.In the aspect of topic construction,it presents the characteristics of daily and universality.The topic sources are mainly self-media articles and hot topics,which reflects the pertinence of internet rumor refutation.The organic presentation of content elements such as reference documents,document screenshots,rumor screenshots,and explicit information sources reflects the reliable guarantee of information sources in the post-truth era when rumor information is aimed at the lack of trust,thus effectively improving the professionalism and objectivity of rumor information.
