| Fan support behavior is not only a concentrated expression of fan behavior,but also a core building element of the fan community.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to fan community's support behavior since it can help us know fan community better.This research uses an ethnographic research method,taking the Wang Yuan's fan community as a case study to observe the support behavior of the Wang Yuan's fan community,and participated in a number of support activities organized by the community,and also took In-depth interviews with 60 fans in the community at the event.The research found that the supporting behaviors of the fan community in the online media are represented by "big fan","ordinary fan","scatter fan",and "passenger fan".The deep meaning of the group action,mobilizing members gathered on platforms such as Weibo,Baidu Tieba and online group chat,so that the interactions among members within the community organization are based on the same interests and pursuits,and also make such activities flexibly and efficiently.Support behavior consists of three key processes: mobilization,participation,and communication.Among them,mobilization is an important process that evokes strong emotional resonance and consensus production among members of online operations.Organizational participate makes group activities' virtual and reality's relationship network connected,and the communication process enables offline participating members to post the results of the action online,and through the mutual reaction and continuous interaction between members within the community,the effect of the support behavior is continuously accumulated and strengthened.Spiritual totem,emotional projection,ability improvement...Individual fans choose to participate in support behaviors because of a variety of psychological choices.In the process of group identification,support activities are not only a useful supplement to their social reality,but also give them a way of bleeding emotions in the collective.Today,the fan community is active in various new media,using the Internet to obtain useful information,gather in fan virtual communities,and carry out support activities.This also reflects the fans are game theory with commercial capital.The fan community not only clarified the organizational boundaries of the fan community,but also mobilized collective resources and constructed shared values through the collective actions such as charity support,color support,and birthday support.At the same time,it can be seen from media reports that the evaluation of social supporting behaviors is still polarized,which is related to the chaos exposed in the supporting behaviors.By observing the organizational structure and practical activities of the fan community online,this article can supplement the previous academic research by studying more recent cases.This article aims to guide the public to see the support behavior of the online fan community more fairly and objectively,and also provide a reference for how to guide fans' support behaviors development more positive and healthy. |
