With the development of intelligent manufacturing and unmanned factories,automation is becoming more and more popular in manufacturing industry.The automation development of the handing system in the manufacturing industry realizes the liberation of manpower and efficiency,and meets the market demand of expansion.At the same time,the consumer market has changed from a unified mass consumption to a personalized era,more and more consumers put forward highly customized requirements for product function and structure design.In particular,the discrete manufacturing enterprises with multiple varieties and small batches should not only face the multiple pressures of fierce market competition,rapid response to customized market demand and on-time delivery,but also be able to flexibly cope with the test of handing system transformation caused by mixed production and product change.This situation makes enterprises to realize the importance of flexibility in automatic handling system.However,the application of automation often means rigid.Therefore,how to balance the rigidity and flexibility of the automatic handling system to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise is also of great significance.The flexibility measurement of automated material handling system in discrete manufacturing enterprises can improve the promotion of the automation of the handling system in multi varieties and small and medium-sized batch enterprises,guide the planners to design and improve the automated and flexible handling system,improve the flexibility value of the system,reduce the investment risk,and also help the managers to accurately identify the factors of the flexibility in the automated material handling system.Then put forward targeted measures to improve flexibility.First of all,the paper defines the automated material handling system of discrete manufacturing enterprises,and defines its composition and characteristics.Based on the definition and classification of manufacturing system flexibility,the definition and classification of automated material handling system flexibility are defined according to the characteristics,and the relationship between AMHS system and manufacturing system flexibility is studied.Secondly,based on the three-dimensional evaluation model of manufacturing system flexibility of range,time and cost,this paper puts forward the idea of evaluating the flexibility of AMHS system in discrete manufacturing enterprises from three aspects of range,mobility and performance.On this basis,the influencing factors of the flexibility of the automatic material handling system are analyzed in detail.The evaluation index system is determined by combining with the expert questionnaire,and the quantitative methods of each evaluation index are given.Then,the flexible three-dimensional vector measurement model of AMHS system based on the fuzzy entropy weight coefficient method is determined combined with the fuzzy weight and the three-dimensional vector evaluation.Finally,the paper introduces the logistics equipment and the logistics plan of the assembly workshop,taking the automatic handing system of the assembly workshop of company A as the research object.The evaluation method is used to measure the flexibility of the automatic handling system of the assembly workshop.On this basis,the paper analyzes the flexibility value of each index in detail,and puts forward reasonable measures to improve the insufficient flexibility.The paper has 19 drawings,14 tables and 93 references.
