Even ifwe could get some data. Its utilization is very low, Even a one-time. The presentexamination system, lack of research of the combination of network test system andteaching evaluation. Also a lack of teaching evaluation system and method based onnetwork test data. At present, the examination system, almost no examination data-based analysis and evaluation functions. There fore, if you can take advantage of thecomputer network platform to carry out a large number of examinations. Examinationsnot only more equitable, open and fair, also a large number of student test data can becollected through the network test. Through the use of the principles and methods ofeducation, statistics, etc., Statistics and analysis these data, even deeper level of datamining, we can obtain very valuable information for the guidance of teaching andmanagement, thereby enhancing the teaching and management level. Evaluation of thequality of teaching not only look at the performance of teachers should also look at theperformance of students, teachers should not only focus on the teaching process, butalso attach importance to student learning. Therefore, the establishment of objective,rational, science teaching evaluation system, is of great significance to promote teachingand learning, to improve the quality of teaching and improve teaching standards.First of all, this paper summarizes the different views of the scholars teachingevaluation, review the course of development in Europe and the United States andChina’s Teaching Evaluation. Then, Pointed out that the traditional teaching evaluationignores the level of student test scores to a certain extent reflect the objective of teachers,especially the effect of different teachers teaching similar courses. Next, a combinationof students’ exam statistics teaching evaluation index system and evaluation method isgiven. Questionnaire was used to select the teachers’ evaluation. Expert scoring methodto determine the weight of each evaluation. Ultimately, teachers teaching evaluationsystem out. This teaching evaluation system includes six head-level index: teaching content, teaching attitudes, teaching methods, teaching effectiveness, teaching andeducating and students exam situation, consists of26secondary index. Finally, as thecore of the index system, using computer technology, network technology and databasetechnology a B/S architecture teaching evaluation system has developed. The functionof the system mainly consists of three parts. Students’ online evaluation on teaching anddata collection; statistics of students’ online examination and related data, and finally acomprehensive evaluation is achieved based on the former two functions.This paper give a new teaching quality evaluation system. Using computertechnology, network technology and database technology, development of an evaluationsystem of teaching based on B/S, From the actual running of the results, evaluationresults can be given on the teaching quality, to achieve the objective of the study.
