Design And Implementation Of Document Operation Status Tracking System

With the development of online office,mobile office and other office modes,the application of electronic documents has become more and more in-depth.Especially in the process of implementing cloud office by governments at all levels and large enterprise groups,the advantages of convenience have been highlighted,and the problem of difficult control has also been exposed.The problems of electronic document security control are mainly manifested in uncontrollable using process,difficult tracing of propagation path and unclear definition of illegal operation.However,traditional border protection measures,such as firewall,gate and other technical means,can only prevent external attacks,protect the document from external damage and theft.It also can't be effectively controlled by border protection measures for the internal personnel unconscious illegal operation or collusion leak.In order to meet the urgent needs of the masses,this paper develops and designs a kind of document's operation status tracking system.Based on the ensuring of the confidentiality,integrity and availability,this article achieves tracking all operating status in the whole life of electronic document,including from the generation,distribution,transmission to destruction.It can prevent "passive leak" of electronic document from the "weakness of human nature" at the most.Meanwhile,It will assist the management and use of electronic document in the environment which composed by big data,cloud computing,Internet of things,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence and block chain.The main research contents in the paper as follows:Firstly,this paper investigates the related technique and research achievement of electronic document access control,document operation record collection.We achieve the security management of electronic document operation audit,violation recognition and operation trace based on the whole life cycle tracking and fine-grained operation recording.Secondly,with seeking the application,problem and research progress of electronic documents in cloud computing environment,this paper achieves the star structure of multistage node record collection and reporting.It can ensure the the recorded data of document operation status are collected fully.It also makes an indemnification of reliability,availability,security records by complete uploading anddata verify in complicated network environment.Thirdly,this paper achieves the judgment and recognition for illegal operation.We can reduce leakage loss by distinguishing,alarming,tracing and ruining the illegal document operation.Final we guarantee document security through tracing the operation status.
