With the rapid development of science and technology,the cable TV industry has entered a bottleneck period.Facing the fierce competition and the backward situation of internal technology and products under the background of "Internet +",the product innovation strategy of cable TV is discussed in this paper.The purpose of the paper is to study the product competition and innovation of Taiyuan cable TV,In view of the company's product type,technical direction and operation mode,some relatively clear,scientific and reasonable improvement measures are proposed.This will help enterprises to break out of the current competitive environment,and find the direction suitable for the development of the enterprise.This paper objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company by sorting outthe development process and the current situation of theindustry and the company,and gives the corresponding strategic ideas.In addition,through the way of questionnaire survey,the subjective awareness and demand of the public users for cable TV are clarified,and the direction of product innovation needs to be improved is also found.Based on the results of subjective and objective analysis,this paper proposes that the company's innovation needs should be combined with emerging technologies,including big data,cloud computing,Internet of things technology,etc.In terms of product innovation,the focus is to create intelligent integration products,develop mobile app products,and develop intelligent life products;in the aspect of operation mode innovation,the mode of integration of marketing and operation should be carried out,and unify the management of marketing and engineering maintenance.In terms of business innovation,we need to promote the construction of intelligentcable television,and design intelligent cities and intelligent communities.In the face of increasingly fierce external competition,Taiyuan cable should improve and innovate from these three aspects in the future,improve the product structure and business model,and explore the road suitable for its own development.
