The new generation weather radar is the most effective means of monitoring and early warning of sudden disastrous weather. Radar has the characteristics of the nowcasting forecast.In order to improve the monitoring and early warning ability of disastrous weather radar data management and quality control become more and more important. The focus of our research problems is how to guarantee radar data be managed safely sharing highly and transferred efficiently.In this paper, by analysing the development of new generation weather radar and by combining with new generation weather radar data in actual application and by analysising weather radar transmission evaluation methods compiled by Chinese Meteorological Bureau, this thesis studies the method of new generation weather radar data transmission, data management,data application and data sharing. This paper also studies how to monitor the radar’s running status and data transmission. The following is the mainly works.The thesis studies the program of radar data management and application. The thesis is also analysing a series of work from radar data generating, data transmission, data storage to the data the application.Then,give the program how to transfer quickly, storage safely use efficiently the radar data. This program can make the radar data be able to play its business and research role.The radar data may play the best efficiency in use of work.The thesis studies and designs the measures of controlling radar’s running status and data transmission. According to the characteristics of the meteorological department work and combining the current mainstream alarm monitoring technology, this thesis selects the rational and effective alarm methods.This research shortens the detection time of equipment fault effectively and improves the radar data transmission quality. At the same time, it also guarantees the integrality of radar data exchanging, eventually it realizes the goal of rational and efficient use of new generation weather radar and providing better services to the public.
