So all these libraries face challenge and chances which are never been seen. Going with the development of digital resource, the isomerous resource system which is clean digital information increases quickly. It makes digital information resource out of order in some of part. So optimizing digital resource, utilizing resource environment and obtaining knowledge effectively becomes the eyes'focus.Based on the point just mentioned, library information science indicates that the digital resource must be integrated. Digital Resource Integration is a procedure which optimizes and integrates some relative independent digital resource. it means according to consumers'requirement, via all kinds of technology and method, the integration will form standard of query rule through clustering and recompose the data content, function configuration, and searching methods which belongs to the relative independent resource system of libraries. So it will conquer the disunity question which is disunity information resource's data configuration. Upgrade the associating rate of information, solve"information lonely island", achieve"one station"service.This article studies the core problem of digital resource integration——integration model. The topic of this article is constructing and implementing digital resource integration model as well as the interrelated law and business.
