In the era of rapid development of intellectual economy,intellectual property is wealth,intellectual property and scientific and technological innovation together create countless wealth,promote the development of the country.At the same time,China has entered a new stage of rapid economic development,and the promotion and competition of comprehensive national strength depends on the development of scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,it is particularly important to realize the balance between intellectual property protection and scientific and technological innovation.College students have become outstanding representatives of contemporary youth,the main force and fresh force of scientific and technological innovation,and the new force of high quality development of intellectual property rights.Therefore,building a safe,traceable,and intelligent campus copyright paltform,and can realize all-round functions such as copyright registration and rights protection,can fundamentally realize intellectual property protection,and then hatch more innovative works,which has great social significance and application value.This thesis studies the current situation of foreign copyright management platform and analyzes the shortcomings of existing copyright management.With the development of digital works,copyright management can not meet the needs of real-time monitoring,traceability and rights protection created by the author online.Currently.Block chain technology is rapidly popularized,which can use block chain tamper-proof characteristics to meet the needs of users.Therefore,this thesis will build a campus copyright management platform based on block chain technology to provide real-time and non-tampering data verification and storage from the whole process of work upload and copyright registration,and realize an open and transparent copyright management platform.The design scheme of campus copyright management platform based on block chain can be traced back to the writing time of the work,so as to judge the copyright owner,greatly reduce the possible piracy infringement events and guarantee the rights and interests of the original edition.At the same time,it can query the whole process of copyright change,which makes the system improve the transparency,immediacy,easy to pursue and so on.In this thesis,the scheme realizes the basic functions of system management,basic information management,copyright management,block chain management and so on.Based on the ECDSA algorithm,the thesis focuses on the security of the platform.At the same time,in order to prevent malicious node attack system,real-time monitoring mechanism is used to construct trusted block chain gateway to improve the reliability of the system.The development based on block chain copyright management platform uses B/S structure and MVC mode,and then adopts the current popular development technology such as java? database to complete it.The structure level of the system is clear,high security,traceability,high throughput scalability.Finally,through the system test of campus copyright management platform,the function of the system is confirmed to ensure that it can achieve the expected goal and meet the needs of users.
