In recent years,the rapid development of the Internet has brought the upsurge of online literary creation,resulting in the explosive growth of literary works,and its spread is more rapid.At the same time,it also brings a series of copyright disputes.The traditional copyright management mechanism is cumbersome and inefficient,and the evidence of rights protection is insufficient.In copyright disputes,it is difficult to provide evidence of rights protection for creators.In order to deal with copyright disputes in time.and reduce the loss of creators' interests,it is urgent to establish a perfect copyright protection system for literary works to achieve effective protection of copyright and provide sufficient evidence for creators to safeguard their rights.Blockchain technology can not only prevent copyright information from being tampered with,but also can trace the source of copyright information,and effectively solve the problem of insufficient evidence in the process of copyright disputes Therefore,blockchain technology is gradually applied to the research of literary works copyright protection system.At present,there are some researches on copyright protection system based on blockchain,but in the process of copyright information storage,most of them use blockchain to store abstract information such as digital fingerprint of works,and the content and other information needed for digital fingerprint verification are not stored on blockchain,which makes the accuracy of digital fingerprint verification data not guaranteed,only relying on the data on the blockchain can not provide sufficient evidence for users to safeguard their rights;before the digital fingerprint extraction,there is no similarity checking mechanism for the content of the work,which makes the originality of the work difficult to guarantee;at the same time,because the blockchain is a one-way linked chain structure,in the process of blockchain traceability,it can only rely on block hash to trace the blocks one by one,and the traceability efficiency is low.Therefore,this paper uses double chain technology to store fingerprint verification data completely;at the same time,the improved simhash algorithm is used in the similarity audit of works to improve the copyright audit mechanism;at the same time,the tracing hash technology is used to trace the digital fingerprint records across blocks to improve the traceability efficiency of blockchain The work of this paper is as follows(1)Through the analysis of the specific requirements of the blockchain copyright protection system based on the double chain,the overall structure and functional modules of the blockchain copyright protection system based on the double chain are designed,and the blockchain copyright protection system based on the double chain is realized through the modules of copyright authentication storage,copyright audit,copyright transaction and copyright record traceability verification.(2)In order to solve the problem of incomplete storage of digital fingerprint verification data,a double chain based copyright data storage method is proposed in the copyright authentication storage module.This method uses the copyright record chain and the work content chain to store the digital fingerprint verification data completely.The former stores the records of copyright authentication and transaction,and the latter stores the work content records.Through the test of the time on the chain of different capacity works,it is proved that this method not only ensures the complete storage of the digital fingerprint verification data,but also ensures the efficiency of copyright authentication.(3)Aiming at the low efficiency of copyright tracing based on block hash value,a cross block tracing method is proposed in the copyright record tracing verification module.This method uses smart contract technology to establish an automatic transaction mechanism,add traceability hash to transaction records,establish a logical storage chain for works.and realize cross block traceability of copyright records Through specific case analysis,this method avoids the traceability of unrelated blocks,simplifies the traceability process,and has higher traceability efficiency.(4)In view of the imperfection of the copyright audit mechanism,a copyright audit method based on the improved simhash algorithm is proposed in the copyright audit module.This method combines TF-IDF technology and cosine similarity algorithm to improve the simhash algorithm,uses the improved simhash algorithm to review the similarity of the work content,and tests the performance of the improved algorithm The test results show that the improved algorithm has significantly improved the accuracy and recall rate,improved the copyright review mechanism,and effectively filtered the infringing works.
