With the fast development of service outsourcing industry, the problem of intellectual property comes. Watermarking relational database technology becomes an important way to solve the copyright problem of service outsourcing database. On the basis of researching and improving the current watermarking algorithms of relational database, two watermarking relational database algorithms are proposed for two different types of data in service outsourcing industry of the intellectual property database.One watermarking relational database algorithm is based on numerical data in intellectual property rights database. A copyright authentication image is embedded into relational database as a watermark. The K-Means clustering algorithm in the data mining is brought in relational database. An image is as the watermark which makes the watermark extraction easier and more intuitive. Experiment results show that the algorithm has good robustness and invisibility. A watermarking relational database algorithm based on similar function is proposed for non-numerical data in intellectual property relational database. Watermark information was embedded into relational database by a defined similarity function. The performance of the algorithm shows the number of element modifications needed by the embedding process is less and it can resist all kinds of attacks and need no original database at the time of detecting database watermark.Finally, the watermarking relational database algorithm based on image is applied in intellectual property relational database, we design a watermark relational database system and test the system, the test results show that digital watermarking system has strong robustness and invisibility, supports blind detection and has a certain value in use.
