The Method And Improvement Of Intellectual Property Protection Platform Based On Blockchain Technology

Intellectual property protection is the protection of innovation.The national “13th Five-Year Plan” incorporates intellectual property into it.This is the current emphasis on intellectual property protection.There are currently three aspects of the protection of intellectual property rights.These are the confirmation of rights,the use of rights,and the protection of rights.The first of these existing issues is the confirmation of rights,mostly because it is extremely time consuming and it has low time effiency.Second is the use of rights,which is difficult to obtain and its supply and demand are quite unbalanced.Thirdly,the efficiency of the protection of rights is low and its traceability is difficult to obtain.By utilizing the characteristics of traceability,nontampering and decentralization of blockchain technology,it can improve the instant confirmation of rights,reduce costs,improve security and reliability,the use of public rights and location infringement in the intellectual property protection platform.Based on “Blockchain” technology,the method and improvement of the intellectual property protection platform can be put forward,and it is expected that the existing problems faced by intellectual property protection can be better to resolved.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of blockchain technology.Under the premise of that mastering blockchain technology,if applied correctly,it will be improved and make it better to protect intellectual property.The consensus mechanism is the core of blockchain technology.After analyzing and studying the six consensus mechanisms of “blockchain” technology this paper will explain how to simplify and improve the PBFT algorithm based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each mechanism and the characteristics of intellectual property protection,proposing the SPBFT algorithm,which enables it to reduce the time delay in system applications.At the same time,based on the improved SPBFT algorithm that is use “blockchain” technology,this paper also proposes an implementation method of intellectual property protection platform.It'll give the detailed implementation method from the design and construction of the above mentioned “blockchain computer network” to its blockchain clients interacting within the network and to the front end and the corresponding business logic.The implementation of the platform method is based on the protection of intellectual property rights and the protection of the right to use.Therefore,the ordinary users can immediately protect their personal intellectual property.The method and improvement of intellectual property protection platform based on blockchain technology is an attempt to combine blockchain technology with intellectual property protection and it is also an exploration of the application of blockchain technology.It is expected that the advantages of blockchain technology will play a role in better solving problem of protecting intellectual property.
