Radio frequency identification(RFID)mainly uses a reader to emit radio frequency electronic signals, and uses spatial coupling to generate an alternating magnetic field to transfer information and energy to a passive electronic tag card to complete the transmission of information and energy.Among them, radio frequency microwave communication technology and semiconductor integrated circuit(IC,Integrated Circuit)design technology are mainly applied, and other related knowledge such as optics, mechanics, and computer science are also involved.Compared with traditional bar code technology,RFID technology has the advantages of fast scanning speed, larger amount of stored information, higher security of information encryption, strong anti-pollution ability, and long service life. Therefore, the radio frequency identification system has a very wide range of applications in a series of fields such as identity recognition, transportation system management, ticket management, and commercial logistics management automation. The main content of this article is based on the ISO / IEC14443 protocol, complete the 13.56 MHz RF electronic tag card analog front-end circuit design, consisting of rectifier circuit, voltage limiting circuit, voltage regulator circuit, clock extraction circuit, demodulator, oscillator, reset circuit. The rectifier circuit, voltage limiting circuit and voltage stabilizing circuit constitute a power management system, which obtains a stable DC voltage from an external magnetic field. The clock extraction circuit collects the 13.56 MHz co-frequency clock from the magnetic field. The oscillator uses a current sister-type voltage controlled oscillator structure, which provides a stable clock while reducing power consumption. The demodulator and reset circuit respectively complete the work of demodulating and providing reset signals. The main content includes the analysis of the circuit structure and design points of each module, and the circuit function simulation is verified by Cadence's spectre tool to complete the circuit simulation. And Veriloga was used to build the magnetic field generation and antenna induction model, and the overall simulation was carriedout to confirm whether the coordination work between the various modules could be completed correctly. Finally, the layout design and the simulation of layout parasitic parameter extraction are carried out to ensure the success of the tape. The overall simulation results show that the performance of each module of the circuit is good, and it can accurately realize the related functions of the electronic tag card analog front-end circuit.
