Different from other types of FPGA,antifuse FPGA completes the whole chip configuration by programming its internal antifuse units.Because the antifuse unit is one time programmable,the antifuse FPGA is an OTP device.Compared with other types of FPGA,antifuse FPGA have better reliability,security and anti-interference ability,they are widely used in aerospace and military fields.In the testing process of antifuse FPGA,it needs to be provided with multiple groups of high voltage signals that meet the specific timing requirements,so the general chip testing platform in the market is not suitable for testing of antifuse FPGA.This paper designs a set of software and hardware system for antifuse FPGA programming and application testing,which is helpful for users to program and test antifuse FPGA effectively and correctly.This paper introduces the architecture,internal resources and programmable testing principle of antifuse FPGA chip.Based on this analysis,the design requirements of programming and application test system are obtained.The circuit design at the hardware level and the driver design at the software level are combined to meet the requirements,and completing the system design and verification finally.The programming and application test system consists of hardware circuit,hardware driver and PC software.The hardware circuit is the foundation of the whole system to achieve the target function,the hardware driver is the premise of the normal operation of hardware circuit,and the PC software is the key to realize the user-computer interaction.In the second chapter,the architecture and internal resources of antifuse FPGA chip are introduced in detail,and the principle of antifuse programming and testing is described.The third chapter analyzes the test requirements of the chip,and based on this,gives the solution of hardware and software cooperation.The hardware circuit needs to produce multiple groups of high voltage signals that meet the specific timing requirements,the hardware driver needs to be able to complete the information transmission and control hardware circuit correctly,and the PC software needs to be able to realize the interaction with users conveniently.In chapter four,chapter five and chapter six,the design of hardware circuit,hardware driver and PC software are introduced respectively.The actual object and test verification of the system are also introduced in chapter six.The system is finally completed after design requirements analysis,solutions formulation,hardware circuits design,PCB manufacturing and welding,the combination of hardware circuits and hardware drive and PC software.Carry out the actual test and verification of the system,and record the verification results.The results show that the maximum error of the generated voltage value is 4%,the system runs well and meets the design requirements.
