Field-Programmble Gate Array(FPGA) is programmed by the user to achive varieties of functions which contain configurable logic blocks and routing resources. It is widely acknowledged that FPGA can benefit from several advantages such as efficiency,low cost,low risk,and short development cycle.Antifuse-based FPGA makes the device by burning its internal antifuse arrays one time to achive the appropriate logic functions.In terms of the implication,these identical strength can be implemented into the areas which requires high reliability and security and resisting radiation such as aerospace and military field.This paper at first analyses all kinds of researches and the present condition in home and abroad,discusses the three different types of FPGA devices and focuses on the approach of Antifuse-based FPGA.Secondly, it significantly introduces the architecture of Antifuse-based FPGA, and technically describes the logic module and Input/output module. Next,this paper researches the implementation approach of the logic module, and builds the library of macros based on the logic module in 42 MX FPGA which produced by Actel through comfiring the validity of configuration interms of logic verification and emulation proof.Additionally,this paper comes up with an operating desigh process about the Antifuse-based FPGA CAD software systems,which the test circuit uses MCNC benchmark,and finally achives the automation in placement and routing.The test results have shown that the macro library and FPGA CAD software systems are both feasible and reliable.
