As the electric power electronic technology, computer technology and automaticcontrol technology, the rapid development of electrical transmission technology isfacing a historical revolution. After twenty years, modern ac drive gradually becomethe mainstream of the electric transmission. Asynchronous motor drive systemefficiency is the highest, performance is the best of variable frequency speedregulation system, power unit cascaded high voltage inverter due to its high reliabilityand perfect output waveform in high voltage variable frequency domain a wide rangeof applications.Power unit cascaded high voltage inverter control system mainly in two pieces ofDSP chip TMS3202812primarily controller, the control motor controller is used to do,to produce the space vector PWM algorithm, assist DSP controller used forcommunication interface and data acquisition role, two pieces of digital signalprocessor (DSP) through the DPRAM for parallel data exchange. With a piece ofFPGA chip to create PWM signal, through the optical fiber interface circuit drivepower components, to control the purpose of motor speed. In addition the controlsystem consists of man-machine interface and PLC as peripheral logic control.This paper, focusing on the realization of the algorithm DSP control motor, andDSP+FPGA program to generate PWM signal and the reliability of the designhardware circuit, and establish and achieve man-machine interface and the maincontroller communication protocol of in-depth research.
