In the golden age of vigorous development of knowledge economy,knowledge is the source of power for a country to carry out scientific and technological innovation.Knowledge diffusion,as an important part of knowledge production and application,plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation.How to measure the level of knowledge diffusion between science and technology has become a key problem to be solved urgently.Citation analysis can effectively measure the level of knowledge diffusion between science(mainly represented by papers)and technology(mainly represented by patents).Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper explores the diffusion of scientific and technological knowledge based on Citation Network analysis.Firstly,this paper combs the connotation of knowledge diffusion,the characteristics of knowledge citation network,the measurement index,model,diversity of knowledge units and the paper-patent citation network,and constructs a multigeneration hybrid citation network of papers-patents-papers(cross-generation citation,cross-generation and contemporary citation)and patents-papers-patents.On this basis,the relevant indicators and measurement methods suitable for measuring the level of knowledge diffusion between science and technology are put forward.Secondly,taking perovskite solar cells as an example,the scientific and technological literature(papers and patents)in this field are systematically collected.Based on the direct citation method,a multi-generation hybrid citation network based on papers and patents is constructed.Finally,in the micro aspect,we use the centrality analysis method and the index of knowledge diffusion to identify the important periodicals and scientific documents in the field.In the macroscopic aspect,we identify the main patented persons and scientific research institutions by using the two-mode network and the diversity index,and interpret the scientific subjects and the technical themes absorbed by them.The results show that in the field of perovskite solar cells,the number of papers published and the number of patents applied have increased exponentially after 2013,which has rapidly become a research hotspot in recent years.The network density of the multi-generation citation network of papers-patents-papers is 0.002,and the network density is 0.005 after adding the contemporary citation relationship,which shows that the knowledge diffusion efficiency of the network is generally low;patent document US9214574B2 ranks first in the point centrality,closeness centrality and eigenvector centrality,reflecting its pivotal role in the process of knowledge diffusion;the strength of knowledge diffusion(dissertation knowledge to patent diffusion)in the Journal of American Chemical Society ranks in the top three in all periods,reflecting its important place in the transformation of science to technology.In terms of diversity of scientific themes(represented by the type of journals),Washington University ranks first in the United States,with outstanding performance,far surpassing the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne,which ranks second.China has no corresponding institutions(individuals)in the top 20.There is a big gap between China and the United States.In terms of diversity of technical themes(characterized by patent IPC subcategories),Stanford University ranks first in the United States,followed by Queensland University in Australia.After that,Zhejiang University in China ranked fifth,with a relatively small gap with the United States.
