The Internet has opened up an open and interactive space for people to express their opinions,and truly realized a free market for the expression of opinions.Internet public opinion has changed the way public opinion is generated.The“top-down” public opinion generation pattern initiated and guided by the original media has now changed to the new “bottom-up” public opinion pattern.The Internet has changed the main body of public opinion.And generation methods have shaped a new pattern of online public opinion.However,the expression of opinions on the Internet is often irrational.The irrational expression of Internet public opinion has an increasing impact on the Internet and reality.Therefore,exploring the irrational expression of network public opinion is of great significance to the construction of the governance of the network ecology and the construction of a rational network public opinion environment.Comprehensively analyze the irrational expression characteristics,group characteristics,and generation mechanism of Internet public opinion from four aspects: concept definition,types of irrational expression,typical groups,and interactive processesThis article focuses on the irrational expression of Internet public opinion.Sorted out the current situation of irrational expression of online public opinion.The analysis found that the irrational expression of Internet public opinion mainly manifested as abusive content,illogical expression,emotional venting,and extreme discourse expression.Based on the actual social,economic,and cultural environment and the participants of the irrational expression of Internet public opinion,the causes of irrational expression of Internet public opinion are explored in detail.Finally,the impact of irrational expression of Internet public opinion on the real society is analyzed,and governance countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of government,network platform,media,and netizens,with a view to providing feasible suggestions for the governance.
