Network violence has become the norm in the modern information society, its public opinion field presents the game of rational and irrational factors,but the irrational factors which bringing the negative effects to the society usually have the advantage.How to correctly grasp the dynamic release rules of irrational opinion and effectively implement guidance and effectively implement guidance and control has become the main topic of social concern.By studying the formation and development of network public opinion in a series of network violence in recent years, I found that the irrational public opinion generally broke out in network BBS and micro-blog,whose themes always relate to a heated topic involves social justice and morality,and expand the scope of its spread and influence through the traditional media and the "we media". First,the main cause of irrational public opinion are the imbalance netizens structure and psychological characteristics of netizens that they think the law cannot be enforced when everyone is an offender.At the same time, the anonymous feature of the network media, the lack of "gatekeeper", its commercial operation mode and the negative agenda setting also provide "hotbed" to the formation of irrational public opinion;and the intensify of social contradictions and the stoppage of express channel are the catalyst of irrational public opinion in the network violence.The guidance and control of network irrational public opinion must be implemented by the government, the media and the public work together. First of all, the government should improve relevant laws and regulations,broaden the channels of information release and the governments should attach importance to the network media, adhere to information disclosure.strengthen the supervision of network bulletin boards,micro blog.Second,the network media should strengthen self-discipline and improve the skills of how to deal with the network violence such as setting up reasonable reporting framework about conflicting issues, cultivate responsible network opinion leaders and enhance the integration of network public opinion field and traditional official media field;Finally, netizens should cultivate the spirit of rational thinking strengthen the media literacy education and moral quality education and so on.
