The openness and anonymity of the network bring freedom of speech expression,and bring a greater platform for the dissemination of hot news events.It also causes disorderly dissemination of information,and various irrational voices are on the rise.Negative social public opinion affects the progress of hot news events.This paper analyzes the motivation and influence of the irrational expression of netizens in Hangzhou nanny arson through literature analysis and case analysis.It believes that the irrational expression motivation of netizens comes from the three levels of netizen psychology,media environment and social environment,among which network psychology It mainly includes blind congregation,law not blame,anonymous carnival and appeal expression psychology;the media environment is mainly manifested in the media's one-sided report to promote the formation of social prejudice,media-oriented report catalyzed to aggravate public opinion orientation,self-media labelization misleading netizens' perception The network platform is not strict enough to speed up the irrational dissemination;the social environment causes mainly the social reality problems,which lead to the suppression of netizens' emotions and poor expression channels,stimulating netizens seeking to vent their exports,and the imbalance of network netizens' structure leads to weak rational public opinion.The irrational expression of netizens not only affects the comprehensive dissemination of news facts,misleading netizens' understanding and cognition of news real information,but also affects the development of time and the rights and interests of the parties,and undermines the orderly and stable development of the network environment.To this end,the article finally proposes several solutions from the netizens,the media and the social level,and realizes the comprehensive efforts of the media,netizens,government and social organizations to build a positive and steady development of the cyberspace environment.
