Communication Management Of Small And Medium-sized ERP Project

With the Information Age coming,the combination of science,knowledge and information is becoming much closer.As a highly-integrated project with information technology,ERP project management is becoming more complicated.This thesis focuses on the effectiveness of the communication process in the ERP project and try to find an efficient way to achieve a better communication management for ERP project.Firstly,this thesis introduces the communication management of ERP interface project in A company.Analysis of the details in A company ERP project communication management,including the organizational structure,communication model and the issues and problems they encountered during the communication management in ERP project.Base on the principle of objectivity,practicality,consistency and relevance,the thesis set up the evaluation index of communication effectiveness and establishes the communication effectiveness evaluation hierarchical model of ERP project.At last,this dissertation applies this communication effectiveness evaluation hierarchical model into A company ERP Project communication management to verify the feasibility of this model.The results demonstrate the model can help to identify the key influencing factors that affects the communication effectiveness,and successfully testifies these model's effectiveness.The main achievement of this thesis to propose a communication effectiveness evaluation hierarchical model,which can be used to tracking and valuing the effectiveness of communication activities in ERP project.It provides an effective method for project managers to get to know the communication situation during the process of ERP project implement.Hope this model can help to improve the communication management of ERP project.
