China's publishing industry has formed a huge volume in the course of its development in recent decades.However,with the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of Internet technology,the development of publishing enterprises in the network environment has entered a bottleneck period,and the level and mode of operation of enterprises have begun to not meet the requirements of the network environment.The core issue of this paper is the strategic transformation of A publishing enterprise under the network environment.It mainly discusses the current situation of A publishing enterprise under the network environment,the transformation environment under the network environment and the strategic transformation under the network environment.Firstly,this paper lists the relevant data of publishing and distribution of A publishing enterprises in recent years,and finds that the business of A publishing enterprises is facing a rapid downward trend.Therefore,with the help of Porter's Five Forces Model,this paper makes a detailed competitive analysis of the operation of publishing enterprises under the influence of the network environment,expounds the impact of the network environment on publishing enterprises,and then finds out the problems existing in the operation of A publishing enterprises under the network environment,and puts forward the need for Strategic transformation to solve them.Secondly,this paper analyses the transformation environment of A publishing enterprise under the network environment,mainly uses PEST model to analyze its external macro-environment,SWOT model to analyze its internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats,and focuses on the analysis of A publishing enterprise's resource utilization capacity,for A publishing enterprise.The choice of industry transformation strategy provides the necessary theoretical basis.Finally,this paper discusses the strategic transformation of A publishing enterprises under the network environment,points out the mission and vision of A publishing enterprises,and the goal of strategic transformation.It is believed that A publishing enterprises need to reverse the obstacles brought by the network environment to the development of enterprises in the process of strategic transformation.Obstacles,but also to make full use of the network environment to bring new development ideas to enterprises,make good use of the network environment to force their enterprises to complete strategic transformation.Based on this,this paper gives the strategic transformation path of A publishing enterprise under the networkenvironment,and discusses its specific transformation strategy and safeguard measures.Through the research of this paper,not only the reasons for the current decline of business data of A publishing enterprises are analyzed in detail,the problems of business operation under the network environment are found out,but also the internal and external environment of the strategic transformation of A publishing enterprises under the network environment is studied comprehensively.At the same time,the mission,vision and strategy transformation of A publishing enterprises are listed.The contents of objectives,paths,measures and guarantees provide abundant theoretical basis for the strategic transformation of A publishing enterprises and have certain practical significance.
