In line with the economic development situation and the needs of the public travel,online car-hailing service developed rapidly with its unique travel service model.However,over recent years,the repeated occurrence of online car-hailing service safety misadventure has pushed the network car to the forefront,resulting in negative internet public opinion,which has brought new challenges to the safe operation management and public opinion management in enterprises.Therefore,how the online car-hailing service enterprises effectively management and control internet public opinion and how the government control and regulate Internet public opinion of this new economic formation are important issues to be solved and research topics urgently.Internet public opinion is the "barometer" of enterprise development.Its basic characteristics reflect the current business conditions of the enterprise.Through the collation of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the actual case and data analysis results,characteristics and impact of internet public opinion in China's online car-hailing service enterprises are studied.In view of the problems existing in the management and control of the enterprise's public opinion,the prevention and control of negative public opinion incidents,early warning public opinion incidents and handling of public opinion incidents are carried out,specifically from driver safety,information and data security,public opinion monitoring and early warning,and public opinion crisis response.Then,this paper clarifies the reasons for the problems of public opinion control,such as citizen individual,the enterprises themselves and government policies.And it puts forward that public opinion of online car-hailing service enterprises should be moderately regulated.The emergence of public opinion in enterprises is actually determined by practical problems.The public opinion control of online car-hailing service enterprises should fundamentally control the occurrence of safety accidents and prevent the occurrence of negative public opinion events.Different from the traditional taxi industry,the regulation of public opinion in the online car-hailing service industry has the obvious characteristics of networking.It establishes the security mechanism of online car-hailing service enterprises from the aspects:access and withdrawal of the industry,full-range network monitoring of users,network information protection of users,and network education of drivers and passengers;from the expression,monitoring and analysis of public opinion to carry out dynamic warning of negative public opinion of online car-hailing service enterprises,and the enterprises should actively cooperate with the government,network media to deal with major public opinion events and provide feedback timely,so as to establish a mechanism for dealing with public opinion;all social forces should supervise the behavior of online car-hailing service enterprises to build a joint supervision mechanism.Therefore,it is of great practical need and significance to form a public opinion regulation method for the online car-hailing service industry and to promote the long-term and stable development of the industry.
