| Teaching qualification assessment is kind of teaching evaluating work carried out by academies every year. It is very argent for every academy to design a set of scientific and rational teaching quality evaluating standards and to develop a high efficient and adaptive online evaluating system. In this article, B/S model, Web database and .NET technology have been analyzed particularly and a comprehensive teaching quality evaluating system based on Web has been designed and realized.In this article, following works have been finished. (1) A set of teaching quality evaluating standards has been designed, which can comprehensively reflect the teacher's teaching lever, attitude and effects. (2) Based on ASP.NET and Web database technology, a B/S model teaching quality evaluating system has been developed. (3) Fuzzy mathematics related knowledge has been applied to make out evaluating elements and weights. According to degree of membership, single element and multi elements fuzzy comprehensive evaluating rules have been established, which makes the assessment data processing more rational, rapid and effective. With this system, teaching qualification can be assessed openly, fairly, justly, economically and scientifically. It is a new and efficient way to perform teaching quality evaluating. Since all the evaluating data is managed in a developing manner, the system can be easily applied to all kinds of academy as teaching quality evaluating system. |
