Research And Application Of Teaching Evaluation Model Optimization Method

With the rapid development of the scale of education in the colleges and universities,the quality of teaching becomes a notable problem.How to evaluate the teaching quality effectively and objectively is one of the key issues in the colleges and universities and educational institutes in recent years.To evaluate the teachers'teaching quality is an effective measures for universities to overall improve teaching quality,effectively regulate the behavior,optimize the structure of teaching team,promote the teaching standard,make the teachers' management system systematic and scientific.After read a large number of literatures,introduce the research background.Then introduce the problems of the existing teaching evaluation system.In view of these problems and the analysis of the existing teaching evaluation models,the reason why chose the neural network evaluation model are presented.Finally,deeply study how to optimize the neural network evaluation model.After this,the paper finishes the following work.(1)After studying the analytic hierarchy process,then use it to process the existing teaching quality indicator system,removing the relatively important evaluation indices.Then put indices these retained as the input of the neural network.Under the premise of not reducing the number of training samples,eliminate the amount of input neurons,which can simplify the structure of BP neural network,then overall improve the performance of the network.(2)After studying the existing commonly used evaluation models and learning the BP neural network,use the existing teaching evaluation indicator system and teaching quality evaluation data,verifying the combination of analytic hierarchy process and BP neural network in evaluation accuracy and efficiency is better than only using BP neural network as a model of teaching evaluation.(3)Finally,design and implement the teaching quality evaluation model system.Students can use the system to carry out online evaluation activities.The system can also select the evaluation indexes.Then,use the Software College of Northeastern University teaching evaluation indicator system and evaluation data,proving the feasibility of the system and method.
