Research On Library Innovation Service Of Local Undergraduate Universities In China

As an important ideological and cultural place,university library plays an important role in the construction of "research university","book campus" and "harmonious campus".In the era of rapid development of big data and science and technology,users have new requirements for library services.Local undergraduate university libraries are gradually transforming to digital humanities and applications,and constantly innovating service models to promote the diversified development of services.In recent years,local undergraduate university libraries have gradually improved and upgraded the content and quality of various services,but their overall development is still relatively slow,the promotion effect isn't obvious,therefore,for local undergraduate university libraries,innovation service is imperative.Under this background,the author first took 471 libraries of local undergraduate universities in China as the object of investigation,and made an investigation and statistics on the innovative service items,contents and reader feedback in the libraries of local undergraduate universities in the form of network research.Secondly,taking the library of Jining university in Shandong province as an example,the paper makes an in-depth investigation of the development of innovative services in the library by means of field research and questionnaire survey,and explores the development characteristics and trends of innovative services in libraries of local undergraduate universities.Finally,combined with the survey data,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of local undergraduate libraries' innovative services.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the research.This chapter expounds the research background and significance of the innovative service carried out by the libraries of local undergraduate universities through literature research,summarizes the research status of the library service at home and abroad,and makes clear the research contents and research methods of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the innovation service of local undergraduate universities.This chapter defines the concept of local undergraduatecolleges,the innovation service of the library and the innovation service of user satisfaction of local undergraduate universities,and further introduces the model and principle of the innovation service of the library.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the innovative service of libraries of local undergraduate colleges in China.This chapter conducts a network investigation and statistical analysis of the innovative service of libraries of local undergraduate universities in China through the form of network research.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the user satisfaction of the innovation service of the local undergraduate university library.Taking Jining University Library as an example,this chapter points out seven important dimensions of the innovation service of the local undergraduate university library through the form of field investigation and questionnaire survey,respectively is: reading service,book resources,information literacy education,digital intelligent consulting,intelligent technology applications,the new media service,learning about space services.The fifth chapter is the development strategy of innovative service of local undergraduate universities libraries.Based on the previous research,this chapter puts forward the development strategy of carrying out brand reading promotion,paying attention to resource construction,strengthening discipline service,promoting the construction of smart library,and making reasonable space planning.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This chapter discusses the shortcomings and future prospects of this paper.
