With the development of market economy,talents play a vital role in the development of economic development and social progress in China.In recent years,with the wide application of e-government projects in various administrative service departments,the service efficiency of graduates and enterprises has been greatly improved.Although the speed of development is relatively fast,there is still a certain gap from the goal of unification,openness,competition and efficiency.Part of the problem lies in the rational allocation of talents,which is manifested in the fact that employers can not recruit ideal talents to help the development of enterprises.At the same time,for job seekers,they can not find suitable positions for their own development,and can not fully reflect their self-worth.The main reason for this phenomenon is that because of the different financial input and the different level and progress of institution building in different regions,the information between different departments in different regions of the country and even in a region presents the problem of information isolated island.Therefore,the phenomenon of brain drain caused by information asymmetry is the internal friction of personnel allocation.This paper mainly puts forward some ideas and solutions to the internal friction of talent flow caused by the problem of information island.This paper mainly studies how to solve the problem of data islands in the pension insurance system,so as to achieve the rational allocation of talents.This paper investigates and summarizes China's current employment situation and enterprise's demand for talents,and through the analysis,we have a new understanding of the dilemma of "difficult employment for enterprises and difficult employment for University students".Information asymmetry,information lag and information mismatch are the internal causes of this problem.Therefore,this paper studies the application of such technology in China,and gets the corresponding ideas,and puts forward the idea of recommending and searching related modules in the second phase of Jinbao system.This paper simulates and designs the search and recommendation algorithm on the graduate module and enterprise recruitment module of the financial insurance system,so as to improve the employment rate.In the search algorithm,tagging algorithm is used to tag related content,and then data acquisition is carried out to get the relevant graduate information and job information to match.Recommendation algorithm is the supplement and assistance of search algorithm.It automatically recommends the information of units and graduates for users by using the historical records of users in the system.The recommendation algorithm uses ASP.NET technology,forming three levels of WEB browser,WEB server and database server to complete user requests and data feedback.If this idea is popularized,it will solve the problem of information island of some modules in the gold insurance system,and optimize the matching between enterprises and employers.The paper has 39 pictures,9 tables,and 50 references.
