Research On The Cultural Information Service For Urban Adaptation Of New Generation Migrant Workers

With the development of the times and the advancement of industrialization,a large number of surplus rural labor migrated to cities,and then evolved into a group of migrant workers under the special historical background of China.At present,the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of migrant workers.They are facing the transformation of social environment and role,which has resulted in the willingness to stay in cities and the problem of urban adaptation.Existing studies have shown that cultural institutions have paid attention to such groups and carried out relevant activities based on needs and services.In addition,scholars in related fields have carried out extensive research on cultural services for the new generation of migrant workers.However,the cultural information needs of the new generation of migrant workers show diversity and complexity,and the existing services can not fully meet their needs.Moreover,few studies have paid attention to the cultural information needs and services of the new generation of migrant workers at the same time,and systematically put forward the cooperation path between cultural institutions.Based on the above background,this study combs the cultural needs,services and institutional cooperation of the new generation of migrant workers and foreign migrants,and formulates a questionnaire under its guidance.Through data collection and collation,it is found that the new generation of migrant workers participating in the survey have the following characteristics: they have a high demand for skills training,interest expansion,legal rights protection and news and current affairs cultural information,and often use digital media,electronic media and cultural institutions to obtain information;in addition,the new generation of migrant workers expect highly interactive,highly participatory activities,as well as their hometown.Cultural exhibition activities.In cross-analysis,the author finds that the cultural information needs and information channels of the new generation of migrant workers are different under different demographic characteristics.For example,women are more interested in developing cultural information and tend to obtain cultural information from electronic media,digital media and community.Theservices provided by the organization for the new generation of migrant workers mainly focus on skills training,urban cultural exhibition,graphic information and cultural activities.In addition,the author also investigates the cultural institutions serving the new generation of migrant workers through interviews,and finds that cooperative services mainly focus on graphic information services,cultural activities,etc.Institutions cooperate most with the community,and cooperate with other cultural institutions in general.The difficulties of cooperative services are insufficient funds,general sense of cooperation,difficult information exchange and so on.For the measures of removing obstacles,the methods of some cultural service organizations are mainly extracted.Cultural institutions are looking forward to cooperating with volunteer groups,museums,libraries,cultural museums,etc.Secondly,they are looking forward to cooperating with media and enterprises.The main contents of the cooperation are psychological and physiological counseling,training and performance activities,language training and distance education services.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire data of the new generation of migrant workers and the interview data of cultural institutions,the author finds that the existing cooperative services of the institutions are basically on their own,with more cooperation with the community,limited extension services of the institutions,strong expectations for the cooperation of parent-child education and psychophysiological health activities,and there are some problems in the institutions,such as supply-demand imbalance,lack of propaganda and lack of physical and mental services.There are also obstacles to cooperation,such as difficulties in information exchange,weak sense of cooperation,and weak human and financial resources.Based on the above research results,the author puts forward the path and path guarantee countermeasures of cultural information service with library as the main body and multi-agency participation,and then helps the new generation of migrant workers to achieve the hope of urban adaptation..
