In today's digital information and information powder,both traditional media and agency companies are faced with innovation and transformation.As a traditional media agency,it is also necessary to seize the opportunities brought by business transformation,learn and improve professional service capabilities,so as to adapt to the development needs of the new market environment.With the continuous development of new media and the gradual deepening of Internet application,the management mode of traditional media agency companies has been greatly challenged.Under the background of new media,how to promote the transformation and development of traditional media operation management mode and strengthen the target positioning have become the problems that need to be solved.This paper USES literature research method,case analysis method,comparative study method and interdisciplinary analysis method to make a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the development of operation and management mode of traditional media for style media companies,and proposes a series of strategies to accelerate the operation transformation and development of style media companies under the background of new media.On this basis,the implementation plan of operation transformation and development of media companies in style is formulated,hoping to understand and understand the operation and management mode of traditional media and promote its further transformation and development.
