Revolution And Innovation On NPC&CPPC Since The 18th National Congress—A Case Study Of People's Daily

As a major event in China,the "two sessions" have become the focus and hot spot of media coverage at home and abroad every year.Since the 18 th National Congress,the struggle of the party and the state has entered a new stage,and the journalism industry has taken this opportunity to carry out more comprehensive and in-depth reforms.This study takes the traditional party newspaper People's Daily and its new media platform as examples,including People's Daily,People's Daily official Weibo,WeChat and People's Daily client,and the "two sessions" since the 18 th National Congress(2013-2018).The report analyzes the combing,mainly from the two parts of the report content and the report form,and discusses the innovation of the People's Daily report in the past six years to find its trajectory in the report topic,report angle,report voice and report form.At the same time,the research will combine the social background of different stages and the new era news thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping,and further explore the reasons for the reform and innovation of traditional party newspapers represented by the People's Daily in the context of media integration,and the problems and countermeasures of the transformation of traditional party newspapers.Thinking and outlook.This study will use the topic clustering analysis and text analysis method based on LDA model to mine and analyze the "two sessions" report texts from 2013 to 2018.The study found that since the 18 th National People's Daily,the People's Daily has been expanding on the issues of the "two sessions".On the basis of political issues,social issues are constantly enriched;"reforms" run through and reports are spread with the characteristics of the times..From the perspective of reporting,the People's Daily also experienced a shift in perspective and a shift in the focus of reporting.In the reporting voice,it also showed the innovation of discourse,the soft report showed "for the people's feelings",the "official" and "people" strengthened the dialogue,and the grassroots voice was highlighted.With the advent of the mobile internet era,the update iteration of new technologies has also affected news reports.In the past six years,the People's Daily newspaper has experienced a breakthrough from “one-dimensional” to “multi-dimensional”;technical progress has strengthened the acceptance.The interaction between the two parties and the way of content interpretation are more creative;cross-platform cooperation based on resource interoperability and integration symbiosis has also become a major trend.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of viewpoints and requirements on the long-term development of traditional media and new media.Under the policy support,the traditional party newspaper's concept has changed,paying more attention to the whole media presentation,strengthening the integration and communication;abandoning independent operations and turning to platform cooperation;reporting biased approach perspective,emphasizing agenda setting;grasping political climate,changing news concept.The above reasons have contributed to the reform and innovation of the People's Daily in major theme reports.At the same time,however,in the transformation of the traditional party newspaper represented by the People's Daily,there is still the problem of the lack of content coverage,the stylization of conference reports,and the lack of content under formal innovation.In view of the above problems and limitations,the study believes that the traditional party newspaper still needs to create high-quality content and enhance the guidance of public opinion,innovate the topic,provide a diversified perspective,and pay attention to the unity of the "official media" discourse framework;Emphasize the adaptability of content and channels,avoid the mass production of new media innovation projects;complement the advantages of platform cooperation,use the form of service content,tap the information behind the news,and reflect the essence of society.
