Research On Profit Model Of J Software Company

This paper selects J software company in the software service industry with a history of more than 30 years as the research object.J software company is selected because it has experienced many industrial changes.In the case of high iteration rate of mobile Internet enterprises,it constantly adjusts its profit model according to customer demands and market changes based on its strong basic business and product matrix,which is very representative in the ever-changing market environment.Taking J software company as the research object,this paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part explains the research background and significance,sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad,and briefly explains the framework,ideas and main methods of this paper.The second part is to sort out the theoretical basis of software industry profit model.According to the characteristics of the software industry,this paper introduces the main profit models existing in the industry,and lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the profit model of J software company.The third part of the specific analysis of the basic situation of J software company,and then use slywotzky four elements theory,from the Angle of the profit model elements respectively analyzed J software company profit model,and combined with the era of Internet development in China,analyzes the J software company profit model from the traditional software licensing,become now "software license + AD + subscription service" the diversity of profit model.The fourth part analyzes the operating results of J software company's profit model by combining the financial statements and business data of J software company from2004 to 2017.The fifth and sixth parts put forward Suggestions on the deficiency of J software company's profit model and the inspiration from it.
